TL;DR — We’re launching a dedicated, state-of-the-art vault! To accommodate the transition, redemption requests will be temporarily paused starting March 6th, and are targeted to resume by March 20th. No action needed on your end — your cards remain fully insured, and we’ll announce via email and socials as soon as the new vault is up and running.

The response from collectors like you has been incredible, and as demand continues to grow, we’re evolving to serve you better. To support this next stage, we’re launching our own dedicated Courtyard vault.
We’ve heard your calls for faster shipping, more cards for Vending Machine, and the ability to vault your own cards again. Brink’s has been an invaluable partner, but traditional vaults are built for assets like gold and silver, which rarely move. Collectibles are different, and to optimize for the way they’re bought, sold, and redeemed, we need a solution tailored to collectors.
That’s why we’re making this transition — one that brings several key benefits:
- Faster redemptions — More control and staff means your cards get to your door faster.
- Tailored security for collectibles — Our vault is designed with collectibles in mind, featuring top-tier security, temperature-controlled storage, and room to grow as your collection does.
- Return of collector submissions — You’ll once again be able to send in your own cards or cards from other marketplaces for secure storage in the Courtyard vault at no extra cost.
- No sales tax on cards shipped from other marketplaces — With the vault in Delaware, cards you ship there directly from eBay or other marketplaces won’t incur sales tax.
- Expanded capacity and variety — More space means we can intake a greater volume of cards, increasing the selection available for pack rips.
To make this transition seamless, redemption requests will pause on March 6th for up to two weeks while we complete the move. We’re working to keep the downtime as short as possible so you can get back to having cards shipped to you without delay. After that, everything will resume as normal — no action needed on your end.
