Trading has always been one of the best parts of collecting, but online, it has also been one of the hardest to get right.
Trusting the other person. Figuring out values. Adding cash. Shipping cards back and forth. Hoping everything goes smoothly. Courtyard was built to remove that friction.
Starting today, trading is live on Courtyard. Collectors can now make secure trade offers directly from their vaulted collections, add cash to balance deals, counter offers, decline offers, and accept trades when everything feels right.
How Trading Works
Starting a trade is simple. Browse the marketplace and find a card you want. If it’s eligible for trade offers, you’ll see the option to start a trade directly from the listing.
From there, you can choose cards from your vault to offer and add cash if you want to balance the deal. Send the offer, and the other collector can accept, counter, or pass.
Any trade offers you receive will appear in your Trade Center under the Offers Received tab. You can review the offer, accept it, reject it, or send a counteroffer.
Because trades happen directly on Courtyard, there’s no shipping back and forth, no trust games, and 0% fees.

This is a big step toward making Courtyard more social, more flexible, and fun.
Buy, sell, rip, redeem, and now trade.
The collection you want might already be sitting in someone else’s vault.
