Courtyard.io Rewards: How Tiers, Seasons & Monthly Rewards Work

The more you rip, the more you unlock. Courtyard Rewards gives members a way to earn tier benefits from eligible pack purchases, including Free Packs, Guaranteed Value Packs, shipping credits, exclusive access, and more.

There are four earnable tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Your qualifying pack purchases move you toward the next tier during each season. You can see your current tier, progress, and available benefits in your Rewards Hub.

How do Rewards tiers work?

Courtyard Rewards seasons run for three calendar months: January–March, April–June, July–September, and October–December. Eligible pack purchases during a season count toward tier progress. Watch the progress bar in your Rewards Hub to see how close you are to the next tier.

Once you reach a tier, you keep it through the end of that season. You can keep progressing toward the next tier until the season ends. Season cutoffs use UTC, so check your Rewards Hub as the deadline approaches.

At the start of a new season, your monthly rewards are issued based on your tier before the seasonal tier adjustment. Your tier then drops by one level, and you can start progressing again in the new season. See the full season rules.

What do you unlock?

Your benefits grow as you move through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Depending on your tier, they can include a monthly Free Pack, a Guaranteed Value Pack (GVP), shipping credits, access to exclusive packs and events, a Points multiplier, and priority support. Check the Rewards Hub for the benefits available at your current tier.

Some benefits become active when you reach a tier:

• Your tier's Points multiplier.
• Access to eligible exclusive packs and events as they become available.
• Priority support, where included in your tier.

Other rewards are issued monthly:

• Free Pack
• GVP
• Shipping credits, where included in your tier

Monthly rewards are issued on the 1st of each month, based on your tier at that time. If you level up after that month's drop, you'll receive the new tier's monthly rewards at the next monthly drop. Exclusive packs and events appear throughout the month when scheduled. See when rewards are issued.

Reward Points are separate from Rewards tier progress. Quests and Free Daily Claims can award Points, and a Quest involving an eligible pack purchase may also move your tier forward. Earning or redeeming the Points themselves does not advance your tier. Only qualifying pack purchases move you toward the next tier during each season.

What is a Guaranteed Value Pack?

A GVP lets you open an eligible pack with a guaranteed return of at least the pack price through the applicable buyback offer, while keeping the upside if you pull something worth more. It is a benefit applied to a pack purchase, not a free pack. That's why you'll still pay for the eligible pack when you use your GVP code. The separate monthly Free Pack is the reward you can claim without purchasing that pack.

To use a GVP, go to your Rewards Hub:

1. Claim your GVP.
2. Reveal the code and copy it.
3. Choose an eligible pack within your tier's GVP allowance.
4. Apply the code as directed when purchasing the pack, then open it.

Courtyard Rewards FAQ

How do I progress to the next tier?

Make eligible pack purchases during the current season. Your Rewards Hub shows your progress toward the next tier; Reward Points do not count as tier progress.

How long do I keep my tier?

Once you reach a tier, you keep it through the end of the current season. At the start of the next season, your tier drops by one level after the month's reward grant.

How long do I have to reach the next tier?

Until the current three month season ends. Seasons follow calendar quarters, and the cutoff is based on UTC.

What activates immediately when I level up?

Your new tier's Points multiplier and eligibility for exclusive access become active when you reach it. Eligible exclusive packs and events appear when scheduled. Priority support is also tied to your tier where offered.

When do my monthly rewards arrive?

Free Packs, GVPs, and applicable shipping credits are issued on the 1st of each month based on your tier at that time. They do not arrive the moment you level up.

Do Reward Points affect my tier?

No. Points earned from Quests, daily claims, or promotions do not move your tier forward. An eligible pack purchase completed as part of a Quest can independently count toward tier progress.

What happens at the end of a season?

You receive the usual monthly reward grant at the start of the new season, then drop one tier. Your new season gives you another window to progress toward higher tiers.

What is a GVP, and why do I still pay for a pack?

A Guaranteed Value Pack applies a value guarantee to an eligible pack purchase. It doesn't make the pack free: claim the reward, reveal and copy its code, then use it on a qualifying pack you purchase and open. The separate Free Pack benefit is free.

What activity counts toward tier progress?

Eligible pack purchases made by credit card or wallet balance count. Marketplace purchases, free daily Points, Quest Points, and promotional bonuses do not. Read the qualifying activity rules.

Where can I see my tier and claim rewards?

Visit your Rewards Hub on the web or open the Rewards section of the mobile app. You'll find your tier, progress, and available rewards there.
